Not everyone is able to utilise video calling services on mobile phones, especially those with dementia or who struggle with mobility and motor skills. CareWindow provides a simple and intuitive solution for friends and family to stay connected with their loved ones at the simple touch of a button.
You can connect the CareWindow via WiFi, Ethernet or 4G. Please note for 4G a data SIM for the product will need to be purchased separately (as we’re still selecting a preferred cell data provider), and we provide clear instructions on how to do this for all customers.
