Terms & Conditions

2. Promotion Period
The promotion runs for 24 hours only on Friday, 28 November 2025, starting at 12:00am ACDT and ending at 11:59pm ACDT.

3. Eligibility

• Open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of Medimart and their immediate family members are not eligible.

• Orders must be placed through medimart.com.au during the Promotion Period.

4. How to Enter

• Place any order on medimart.com.au during the Promotion Period.

• Each completed order counts as one automatic entry.

• No promo codes are required.

• Entries are free (normal purchase price applies).

• Only one entry per order; multiple orders count as separate entries.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a full refund of their order total, capped at $5,000 AUD.

• Refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original order.

• Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Draw Details

• The winner will be selected at random on Monday, 1 December 2025, at Medimart Head Office, 16-20 Hindmarsh Avenue, Welland, SA 5007.

• The draw will be conducted fairly and in accordance with South Australian trade-promotion rules and other applicable Australian laws.

• Medimart may appoint an independent scrutineer if required by law or company policy.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted directly via email or phone within 2 business days.

• The winner will also be announced on medimart.com.au on Monday, 1 December 2025 (first name, last initial, and postcode).

8. Unclaimed Prize

• If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Medimart may redraw the prize.

9. Proof & Verification

• Medimart reserves the right to verify the identity and order details of the winner.

• Orders found to be cancelled, fraudulent, or refunded for reasons outside the promotion will be disqualified.

10. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Medimart reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion if unforeseen circumstances occur.

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Privacy

• Personal information will be handled in accordance with Medimart’s Privacy Policy.

• Only the winner’s initials and postcode will be published.

12. Legal Compliance

• No licence is required unless the total prize value exceeds $5,000 AUD.
