Shipping Policy

  1. Orders processed timely after the payment verification.(2-3 days)
  2. We ship to your shipping address entered in the checkout – it can differ from your payment address.
  3. SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season. Not applicable for click and collect orders.
  4. If you have not received your shipment within the period, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. customersupport@medimart.com.au
 
Current shipping rates can be calculated in the cart or viewed during checkout. If however for some reason either the nature of your order or your location leaves us in a loss situation, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your money. We would always communicate with you during this process.

Shipping times – (Under normal circumstances)
For delivery to major cities and inner-city areas, please allow 2-3 working days, excluding holidays as determined by carrier, from the date of the clearance of payment. For deliveries to remote or rural areas, please allow 5-6 working days, excluding holidays as determined by carrier.

Unforeseen delays
While we can control most handling times – we can not control some unforeseen events including transport delays. Therefore – if for any reason delivery is not received within the times shown in the schedule above, we will not accept any financial liability resulting from the delay.
