Made email enquiry about how long it took to receive this and had a reply within the day and followed up email advising item shipped, so excellent customer service and communication.
If however I had checked my account, I would have seen it was already sent by the time I asked the question so lesson learned.
I’m 6’3 115kgs so need sturdy well constructed crutches and these are the best I’ve ever seen and have every confidence in them that they won’t let me down
I also made another email enquiry about my future elective BKA equipment requirements and had a follow up phone call from a most experienced person who provided knowledgeable advice and helpful information.
Regardless of whether I can get better prices elsewhere, the service is exceptional and communication is excellent so for me, I’m now a Medimart customer for life.
I can’t count how many times I’ve tried to save money by using a cheaper provider only to be disappointed with the service, so now place higher value on receiving higher quality customer service than skimping on a few dollars here and there.
