The JAY Fusion Wheelchair Cushion with Air Insert offers exceptional skin protection and stability for individuals at extremely high risk of pressure injuries. Designed to meet complex clinical needs, this cushion features a contoured closed-cell foam base and an adjustable air insert that conforms to the user’s shape to provide optimal immersion, pressure redistribution, and postural alignment.

Available with either a single valve (uniform pressure) or dual valve (independent side adjustment), the Fusion Air model is further customisable with your choice of Standard Profile, Reduced Profile, or Positioning Cushion depth. Whether for active users or those with limited mobility, the Fusion cushion delivers long-term comfort and safety.
