Purpose & Benefits

The High Cut Sling is essentially the same cut as a standard GP sling but cut higher in the centre section to achieve more access to the waist line of client for help in undressing and toileting. Although not as accessible as the full toileting sling it certainly comes half way between the full sling and toileting. The advantage of the High Cut sling is that the client has their arms inside the sling versus the toileting sling which has support from under the arms (outside the sling). The High Cut sling incorporates a chest strap to increase support. S.W.L 240KG.
