Purpose and Benefits

The Etac Fix preparation board enables individuals with limited hand strength or single-handed functionality to perform tasks like grating, cutting, whisking, and peeling. The board remains stable with its four friction feet or the suction feet provided. Its jaws securely hold bowls, graters, or food items in place. Additionally, there is a detachable small plate with spikes for holding food pieces. If a flat surface is desired, the plate can be repositioned with the spikes facing downward.
