First time purchase from Medimart online. Very good experience with customer service who called me the next day immediately after my order to let me know the time frame of possible delivery due to out of stock and options I can switch to if so wish. Eventually, the order came very shortly after my order.
Only one point, my delivery address is a parcel locker and Medimart’s contractor delivery company cannot fulfill. There is a little hazzle in clarifying and wait to pick up. Advice is to make a remark on the order to highlight it in future.

I love this kettle. Makes it so easy to make a cuppa now. My only minor issue with it is it has started to ‘squeak’ when tipping to pour and it can be a little tricky to see the fill line at times but I do still find this kettle very easy to use. Thank you.

Finding it awkward to use when tipping into cup/mug to prevent spills. The kettle on stand at normal bench height is too high for short people which does not help. Not particularly impressed at this point in time.

My 100 year old mum loves this. A great solution to the problem of lifting a heavy hot kettle, which is a key safety issue in keeping older people at home for longer.
There’s a bit of a squeak as you rotate the kettle but it doesn’t impact the effectiveness. Maybe I can find a lubricant.
