The Air Comfort V2 Maxi Power Drive Kit is a retrofit system designed to attach seamlessly to the Air Comfort V2 Maxi Chair. It provides powered drive assistance to healthcare staff, making patient transportation safer and more efficient.
By reducing the manual handling required, the Power Drive Kit lowers injury risk for caregivers while ensuring smooth, comfortable mobility for patients in aged care, hospital, and palliative care settings.
When gentle force is applied to the intuitive force-sensing handles, the drive unit responds proportionally delivering the right amount of propulsion with minimal effort. And when not in use, the drive mechanism retracts, allowing the chair to be pushed manually without resistance.
