The Stars are For Elizabeth Medimart Staff only. The Customer-help number of Medimart is to be avoided.
I was passed from Staff member to Staff Member – then they told me to go online as they could not assist. I had the webpage already open and needed assistance to finalize an order!!
Clearly ‘Head-Office’ are not interested in Customer Service. :-( OR They have no idea what they are there for.
Conversely Elizabeth Store had the matter addressed after talking to just ONE wonderful team member and the product was purchased!
