The Arjo Alpha Active 4 system requires both the mattress replacement system and pump to be purchased.

- Reliant IS2 cover is vapour permeable and water resistant, incorporating 2-way stretch and bacteriostatic properties
- Rapid deflation for CPR
- Pump sold separately
- Both the Mattress Replacement System and Pump is required to operate the Arjo Alpha 4 Alternating Pressure System
