  1. Kathy V. –

Hi I bought the Uccello Tipping Kettle for my 95 year old mum who has very arthritic hands – watching her lift a heavy kettle was worrying me – if she dropped it boiling water would go everywhere – this kettle is so good and she really likes it – Thankyou

  2. Janice Cunningham –

Thank you so much it makes life so much easier for me with my arthritis

  3. Anonymous –

    kettle works well.
it’s a good size and you fill as much as you want to boil to save power.
helpful it tips however not that useful for taller mugs or,cups. that’s when I have to lift it out to pour out.

  4. Therese Hunt –

Kettle doesn’t turn off you need to turn off at the power point

  5. Jenny Bird –

Very happy, much safer for mum

  6. Toni S. –

Extremely pleased with kettle makes life easier no longer afraid of making hot beverages

  7. Frank Cutajar –

    Sorry I don’t do review

  8. Neil –

It certainly does as it is designed for, but I feel it is over priced for a plastic kettle.

Excellent kettle and excellent service , would highly recommend shopping with Medimart

  23. Elizabeth C. –

Delivery good and arrived in good condition. Continues squeaking. The elec cable is shorter than on my last kettle and where I have the kettle the cable now hits the wall where the plug is, whilst tipping. This is the only reason I can come up with. Apart from that works well and very easy to use.

  24. Ltnne Bradley –

Service was speedy and easily done. Thankyou

  25. Kate M. –

The tipping motion is great, however, the location of the illuminated power switch means it can’t be seen because it’s at the back, opposite the Min./Max. water level window.
Because my 93yo mother is deaf, she can’t tell if the kettle is on without moving the whole unit to see if the switch is illuminated.

  26. Lynne Gallagher –

I bought this for my mother inlaws birthday 🎂 as she doesn’t have alot of strength in her hands. She loves her cups of tea and can do it with ease. We don’t have to worry about her dropping the kettle and burning herself. Also a great price and fast delivery.

  100. Brenda Phillips –

  103. Abdrew Shepherd –

  104. Carmen –

First time purchase from Medimart online. Very good experience with customer service who called me the next day immediately after my order to let me know the time frame of possible delivery due to out of stock and options I can switch to if so wish. Eventually, the order came very shortly after my order.
Only one point, my delivery address is a parcel locker and Medimart’s contractor delivery company cannot fulfill. There is a little hazzle in clarifying and wait to pick up. Advice is to make a remark on the order to highlight it in future.

  105. Graham Firth –

Really happy with my kettle, it saves me burning myself.

  106. Lyndal –

I love this kettle. Makes it so easy to make a cuppa now. My only minor issue with it is it has started to ‘squeak’ when tipping to pour and it can be a little tricky to see the fill line at times but I do still find this kettle very easy to use. Thank you.

  107. Pam Harrod –

    Quick and efficient service

  108. Anonymous –

This product is very good for my elderly mother, I feel it’s much safer than ordinary kettles.

  109. JANE CHANT –

Very good thank you. A very nice kettle.

  110. Sue Bracher –

A great jug for people with hand problems, this jug is not made for people with sight problems as the water level dose not light up and is very hard to see.

  111. Alana S. –

My 85 year old Mum, absolutely loves this kettle. It has made her living that much more independent, as before she could hardly lift her kettle to make a cuppa. Now she feels much safer knowing she can just tilt the kettle and won’t burn herself.

  112. Kelly-Anne Rochester –

    Very easy to use.

  113. Maryanne Ferguson –

  114. Angela –

Brought this for my grandmother and she loves it! So easy to fill with a little jug and pours so easily once boiled without having to lift a kettle full of boiling water, therefore avoiding the risk of dropping the kettle and potentially scalding herself. Definitely recommend.

  115. Melissa –

This product is amazing, helps my dad so much and he absolutely loves it

Finding it awkward to use when tipping into cup/mug to prevent spills. The kettle on stand at normal bench height is too high for short people which does not help. Not particularly impressed at this point in time.

My 100 year old mum loves this. A great solution to the problem of lifting a heavy hot kettle, which is a key safety issue in keeping older people at home for longer.
There’s a bit of a squeak as you rotate the kettle but it doesn’t impact the effectiveness. Maybe I can find a lubricant.
