The ultralight construction and simple folding mechanism make it a versatile chair. The wheelchair has a sturdy aluminium silver frame with 30 centimetre (12 inch) solid rubber rear tyres that are quick release and durable for outdoor use, with no risk of punctures. The folding system is user-friendly, including a fold-down backrest, allowing for easy transport in the car’s boot. The chair weighs less than 8 kilograms and has swing-away and removable leg rests with fixed arms. An extended brake handle ensures easy brake application by both the attendant and the user.
