Features

• Highly Engineered Foams: Benefitting from extensive research and experience in automotive seating, Ottobock has crafted a foam that’s perfect for prolonged sitting.
• Innovative Combination: Merging the flow properties of viscoelastic foam with the resilience of top-tier urethane foams, this cushion introduces a whole new seating experience for wheelchair users.
• Advanced Molecular Structure: Distinct from traditional foams, the molecules in Ottobock’s foams are elongated with fewer branches. This design promotes enhanced mobility of molecules under various loads.
• Optimal Immersion & Envelopment: The cushion guarantees superior pressure redistribution. Its ability to optimize immersion and envelopment ensures utmost comfort.
• Effective Shock Absorption: As users navigate different terrains, the unique molecular flow of the foam helps in effectively absorbing impacts and shocks. This provides a spring-like or suspension sensation, greatly enhancing the ride’s comfort.
• Durability: A standout feature of the OttoBock Terra Cushion is its long-lasting nature. The foam resists breakdown and compression set, ensuring that it retains its shape and comfort even with extended usage.
• Lightweight Comfort: Experience the sensation of a suspension without adding any extra weight to the wheelchair. The cushion provides a spring/suspension feel without the need for additional suspension components.
